During your treatment, you will lie back while the Emsculpt NEO device is placed on your body where you want to tone and sculpt. You will feel a warming sensation as the radiofrequency energy is applied to the area. Your muscle temperature will go up several degrees, which you can compare to a typical warmup activity before working out. The radiofrequency energy continues to bring up the temperature in the fat cells, which destroys them. The dead cells are then flushed away by your body.

From there, the electromagnetic energy contracts the muscles at a very powerful, intense level. This is not painful, but it will feel intense.
